Casey birthed a lovely buckskin appaloosa colt just after midnight on 25th February 2025. She had lain down next to the cattle panels whilst in labour and had ejected him out onto the other side of the fence. I heard the alarm and rushed out to find him still partially in mum but on the wrong side of the fence. I had to undo the pins from the paneling and drag him through to the right side. Just goes to show if you aren't there for the birth and things like this happen... well, he would have not been able to get near his mum.
