Arapalla is home to Appaloosa/Warmblood colt Elleon White Knight. "Euro" lives in a herd environment in a large paddock and he enjoys free roaming, grazing and social interaction with other horses. We believe that this minimises behavioural issues common with colts and stallions and produces a more rounded and well adjusted individual. Never will you find our colts or stallions socially isolated in small yards, but you may see them with mud on their coats and burrs in their manes grazing in the hills, or having a mutual grooming session with their friends, or having a play and a run - they are living their best lives being horses in a big paddock.

RNZ Scorza (dec) X Ja-Rob Caarpreece Shahzor's three daughters are being retained in our stud AP Summerhaze (chestnut anglo, 50%) Arapalla Evoke (purebred, grey) Arapalla Elusive (purebred, black) Salam Shahzor is an Egyptian related pure Arabian stallion, standing at 15.1hh, dob 1st December 2015. He is registered with the Arabian Horse Society of Australia, rego number S28063, see below for picture of registration certificate. He has been tested negative for LFS, SCID and CA, and is colour tested aa (non bay) and Ee (heterozygous red/black pigment). He is a heterozygous black horse. Shahzor is an intelligent and extroverted boy with a high play drive. He has passed on his amicable and friendly nature on to his foals, as well as producing strong bodied types with good straight legs, nice heads and conformationally correct. To date he has eight foals on the ground, six of which were bred here at Arapalla - pure Arabian colt AP Shahaab, Anglo filly AP Summerhaze, Arabian Stockhorse colt Razok Kazor, Anglo Arabian colt AP Atlantis, and the purebred fillies AP Evoke and AP Elusive. Go to foals page to see these offspring. Due to a shift in our breeding goals, Shahzor has been sold. |

Biography Oregon Park Harvest Moon (dec) X No L Miss Dollar "Euro" is a 75% Appaloosa and 25% Warmblood colt, dob 16th August 2019. He is duel registered and has been stallion upgraded with Sportaloosa International, and the Appaloosa & Australian Spotted Ponies Society (see below photos of registration certificates). He has been tested negative for PSSM1, GBED, HERDA, HYPP, IMM and MH (the most common genetic disorders of Western horse breeds). He has been colour tested and is a buckskin homozygous appaloosa (also known as a buckskin fewspot). Fewspot horses don't exhibit much colour themselves, but they produce offspring with appaloosa coat colour charateristics even to solid coloured (non grey) mares. Euro is a friendly fellow and always comes up to us in the paddock. He has a very curious and unflappable nature. We are expecting our Arabian mares crossed with his breeding will produce a versatile saddle horse, and crossed with TB mares will produce performance types with height and substance, not to mention some colour! Euro himself is expected to mature 15.2hh. Euro has one foal on the ground born 09/10/22 - a dunalino fewspot colt. Go to 2022 foals to see pics and info. Euro will be available to outside mares in the breeding season. His introductory fee will be $750LFG, live cover. We may look into doing AI if we get enough interest. See contract below. ![]()
